Hi
Did u check the class IF_HRXSS_SER_RFW which have the control for backend logics & also have u checked the Application Id to class XSS_HR_IN_F16 CL_HRXSS_IN_F16 in Prd system. and also confirm that you have the correct Logical form name in V_T5F99OMFG.
Note: Run the T-code HRESSIN_F16 & check whether u get the same or not.
