SAP Java Connector 3.0.11 error registering sapjco3.dll on Server 2012

Hi

I´m trying to register the sapjoc.dll for the Sap java connector on windows server 64 bit system.

I get an error which i cant solve.

I get this error when i run the regser32.exe command as admin from cmd and the syswow64 directory.
