Hi,

 

When you logon to the SCN, and to the forum where you what to ask a question, on the right hand side of the window, from the available options select the option 'Start a Discussion'. You would be able to enter the question which you want to ask and get reply on the same.

 

If you need to know about support ticket to be raised to SAP support, then you need to have a valid S-User ID and password and you should be a partner. You can log messages from the Service Market Place.
