Hi, I understand this is a bit late, but can you explain where are we getting the per hour rate of for e.g. a specialist and for a junior specialist.
Using valuation type i might be able to maintain condition records in CRM and hence determine the net price. BUT, i need to know the actual cost of these services, or the cost of having different types of specialists for a service - so in the end i can do the profitability analysis.
Where are these costs maintained, if in ECC, then how will CRM read them ? (if it reads at all). Please help, thanks.
